摘  要:采用转矩流变仪和白度颜色测定仪等设备,研究了钙/锌复合稳定剂中钙/锌比以及不同锌盐和硬脂酸钙的复配对PVC-U制品动态热稳定性能和加工流变性能的影响。结果表明:当m(Ca)∶m(Zn)=5∶4、加工温度为180℃时,PVC-U体系的动态热稳定时间为767 s,具有良好的协同稳定作用;4种锌盐对PVC-U动态热稳定性能的影响顺序为:硬脂酸锌>月桂酸锌>硼酸锌>乙酸锌,4种锌盐对PVC-U的加工流变性能影响相当。Influences of Ca/Zn ratios and combinations of different zinc salts and calcium stearate in composite Ca/Zn stabilizers on the dynamic heat stabilities and processing rheological behaviours of PVC- U products were studied by torque rheometer and colour measuring meter for whiteness. The results showed that the dynamic thermal stability time of PVC- U system was 767 seconds and good synergistic stabilization effects were obtained when the ratio of Ca to Zn was 5 : 4 and processing temperature was 180 ℃ ; the influences of 4 kinds of zinc salt on the dynamic heat stabilities of PVC- U were ranked as follows: zinc stearate 〉 zinc laurate 〉 zinc borate 〉 zinc acetate, but the influences of the above four kinds of zinc salt on the processing rheological behaviour of PVC - U were similar.
