摘 要:目的探讨同伴教育对糖尿病患者依从性和疗效的影响。方法选取80名2型糖尿病患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,各40例。对照组采取常规教育,实验组采取为期6个月的同伴教育,观察比较两组清晨空腹、餐后2h血糖值,并应用自制调查问卷调查比较两组患者的依从性。结果干预后,实验组清晨空腹、餐后2h血糖值显著低于对照组(P<0.01);实验组依从性显著高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论采用同伴教育对糖尿病患者进行健康教育,可以提高其依从性,有利于控制血糖水平,防止并发症,提高糖尿病患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the affecting of diabetes mellitus's compliance and efficacy by the peer education. Methods We selected 80 type 2 diabetes mellitus ,and divide them into two groups randomly; One is testing group(n=40), the other is control group(n=40). The control group was adopted by common education , but testing group was adopted by the peer education for six months, recorded the FPG value of the two groups who were limosis and have meals two hours later respectively; at the same time we investigate the diabetes mellitus's compliance by the Questionnaire. Results The FPG of the testing group is higher than the the control group , but the diabetes mellitus's compliance is opposite. Conclusion The diabetes mellitus who were adopted by the peer education can enhance the compliance , improve controlling the FPG, prevent the complicating disease , and improve the quality of living.
