摘　　要：设计了一种专门用于测量高压开关保护气体SF6密度的机电一体化仪表,该仪表兼顾密度继电器原有的闭锁和报警功能,同时具备远传信号输出功能。采用指针式密度继电器与压力传感器两路气路,机械变形输出与传感器信号输出相结合的组成方式,实现机电一体化设计要求。该仪表是兼顾可靠性和自动控制功能的现场仪表。A special mechatronic instruments used to measure the density of gas protection of high voltage switch SF6 was designed, the instrument took into account the density of the original lockout relays and alarm functions, along with far EasTone signal output function. It used pointer density with the use of relay two-way gas pressure sensors Rd, mechanical deformation of the sensor output signal output with a combination of the composition to achieve the design requirements meehatronics. It is the instrument that realizes the balance between reliability and automation functions of the on-site instrumentation.
