摘  要:针对某高动态响应的转矩传感器应用,给出了一种实用的惠斯登电桥测试电路。采用具有自动稳零功能的AD8230仪表放大器进行初级放大,有效解决了传统仪表放大器失调电压较大带来的零值附近信号淹没问题。系统采用电流环传输信息,很好地抑制了干扰,大大提高了系统动态性能。试验结果表明:该系统电路设计合理,可靠性高、精度高、温漂小、动态响应快、抗干扰能力强,对其他应变测试系统的电路设计具有借鉴意义。For the application of a toque sensor with high dynamic response, a practical Wheatstone bridge test circuit was designed. By applying the instrumentation amplifier AD8230 with auto-zeroing reduces for initial amplification, the problem of signal submergence near zero value which resulted from voltage offset with traditional amplifier was effectively solved. The current loop was applied to transmit information, which can well reject noise and improve the dynamic performance of the system. The experimental results show that the circuit is designed reasonably with high reliability, high precision, low temperature drift, fast dynamic response and strong anti-disturbance ability, and it is a good reference for other strain gauge systems.
