摘　　要：介绍了一种采用ATmega16L单片机设计的智能型电机保护器,通过电流互感器对三相电流的实时取样,实现对电机各种故障的判断并作相应的处理,同时介绍了硬件设计中所采用的硬件电路设计和软件设计流程。该产品是传统JDB系列保护器的更新换代产品,它除保留原产品的基本保护功能外,还具有智能保护的功能。实际应用表明,该智能保护器能较好地完成对电机的保护。The paper introduced a kind of intelligent protector of motor which was designed by ATmega16L single-chip, the device can judge the motor errors by measuring the line currents of the phase in real-time and deal with these errors, at the same time the hardware circuits and design of software were presented. The product is a renew protector of traditional JDB serial protector which has characteristics of intelligent protection function expect for retaining primary protection function. Practical application indicated that this intelligent protector can achieve satisfactory protection on motor.
