摘　　要：水旅游是扬州旅游的生命线,扬州水旅游开发要加强空间整合,促进城乡水系旅游一体化发展。在开发扬州运河旅游的进程中要注重生态、遗产和旅游复合廊道建设;提出扬州水旅游系统开发框架,提升水景观赏品质,构建环城水上旅游系统,健全水旅游的硬件设施系统,完善水旅游的经营管理体系,以期促进扬州水旅游的全面协调发展。Aquatic tourism is the lifeline of Yangzhou tourism. In the course of its development, urban and rural water systems should be integrated, and in the cultivation of Yangzhou canal tourism resource, more attention should be paid to the regional ecology, the protection of the historical sites and the building of tourism corridor. The paper proposes a development framework centring on aquatic scenes, around-the-city water course, tourism facilities and toursim management system.
