摘  要:为了解小麦抗白粉病基因的组成类型以及分布状况,以加快小麦育种进程。本研究收集260份小麦作为亲本材料,根据已开发的小麦白粉病抗性基因Pm2、Pm4、Pm13和Pm21的分子标记对其进行辅助标记鉴定。统计结果显示,260份亲本材料中,有124份材料含有Pm2单基因(占47.69%);1份材料含有Pm13单基因(占0.38%);10份材料含有Pm2+Pm4聚合基因(占3.84%);7份材料含有Pm2+Pm13聚合基因(占2.69%);4份材料含有Pm2+Pm21聚合基因(占1.54%);其余114份材料经上述4种标记检测没有发现相应的带型。结合田间自然诱发鉴定的结果表明:含有Pm2单基因的材料抗性不稳定,含有Pm2、Pm4、Pm13和Pm21聚合基因的材料抗性稳定,其余没有检测出上述相应标记带型的材料中也存在抗性优异的材料,但其抗病机理还需进一步研究,以期为小麦抗病育种提供新的抗源。In order to understand the composition and distribution status of powdery mildew resistance-related genes of wheat to accelerate the breeding process.In this research,we employed 260 wheat cultivars to be as parental materials for identifying the assisted marker by using four molecular markers of Pm2,Pm4,Pm13 and Pm21 gene developed from wheat powdery mildew resistance.The statistical results showed that 124 of the 260 tested materials harboring Pm2 single gene,accounting for 47.69%,only one tested material harboring Pm13 single gene,accounting for 0.38%;ten of the 260 tested materials harboring Pm2+Pm4 polymer gene,accounting for 3.84%;seven of the 260 tested materials harboring Pm2+Pm13 polymer gene,accounting for 2.69%;four of the 260 tested materials harboring Pm2+Pm21 polymer gene,accounting for 1.54%;No band-type was detected in the other 114 materials through above four marker types.And the identification of natural inducement in fields showed the instability of resistance in the tested materials harboring Pm2 single gene and the stability of resistance in the tested materials harboring polymer genes with Pm2,Pm4,Pm13 and Pm21.Among remaining materials without four kinds of marker bands,there are also few materials with good resistance to powdery mildew.However,further study on their resistance mechanism in order to provide new source of resistance for wheat breeding.
