摘　　要：病毒对百合造成的危害是严重的,成为制约百合产业健康发展的瓶颈之一,进行百合无毒化种球繁育关键技术研究具有重要意义。本研究以5个感病百合品种种球为试材,应用愈伤组织培养(Ⅰ)、茎尖培养(Ⅱ)、热处理结合茎尖培养(Ⅲ)、病毒唑结合茎尖培养(Ⅳ)、病毒唑加热处理结合茎尖培养(Ⅴ)五种脱毒方法进行百合种球脱除病毒的研究。结果表明病毒唑加热处理结合茎尖培养方法最好,热处理结合茎尖培养和病毒哇结合茎尖培养方法次之。The virus diseases can do great damage to lily and have become bottleneck for the development of lily industry,therefore,it is very important and valuable to study the technique of virus-free lily bulbs.In this research,bulbs of five lily variations were employed to be as experiment materials for reseaching the detection and elimination technique of virus on lily bulb by using five virus deprivation methods,which are callus culture （Ⅰ）,shoot tips culture （Ⅱ）,heat treatment combining with shoot tips culture （Ⅲ）,virazole treatment combining with shoot tips culture （Ⅳ） and shoot tips culture combining with ribavirin and heat treatment （Ⅴ）.The results showed that shoot tips culture combining with ribavirin and heat treatment would be the best method,and the heat treatment combining with shoot tips culture method and the method of virazole treatment combining with shoot tips come second.It has important directive to homemading of lily bulbs in China
