摘  要:基于膈肌肌电图(EMG)实现呼吸机人机同步的新方法,旨在解决困扰传统呼吸机的"人机对抗"问题。研究膈肌电信号的采集、处理方法,以及呼吸特征参数的提取方法,发现对膈肌肌电信号进行适当处理后生成的包络线可以取代传统的呼吸流量曲线,从中检测出呼吸过程的吸气点、呼气点和呼吸周期等特征参数。通过自行定义的"肌电功率"参数的计算分析,发现在重复呼吸试验下呼吸容积曲线和膈肌肌电功率曲线具有较高的相关性,初步论证了呼吸机人机同步新方法的可行性。In order to improve synchrony between a ventilator and its patient, a new method for triggering a ventilator based on diaphragmatic electromyogram (EMG) is introduced. The methods to extract and process diaphragmatic EMG signals are studied. It has been shown that the characteristic parameters of a respiration activity, such as inspiratory beginning point, expiratory beginning point and respiration period, can be detected from diaphragmatic EMG envelop instead of traditional flux curve. A new parameter, designated as diaphragmatic "Intensity of EMG" for short "IEMG",is defined. Repeat respiration tests have disclosed that there is relatively high correlation between the diaphragmatic IEMG curve and its corresponding eubage curve. These results primarily demonstrate that the new synchronization method may be feasible.
