摘  要:随着经济的发展,糖尿病的发病率日益上升,已经成为危害人类健康的一大罪魁祸首。及时、持续、准确地监测血糖值可以为饮食、运动以及药物治疗方案的调整提供可靠依据,使病情控制在满意的水平。无创血糖测量避免了频繁针刺采血,减轻患者的痛苦,还防止了感染的发生,给患者带来很大福音。我们比较了无创血糖测量的多种方法,重点介绍了旋光法的测量原理、存在问题及其解决方法和优点,为无创血糖测量技术研究提供依据。With the development of economy, the incidence of diabetes is keeping on rising. It has been a larger chief offender endangering human health. Glucose monitoring in time, accurately and continuously can provide the basis for the adjustment of diet, exercise and drug treatment project, and can control disease at the level of satisfaction degree. Noninvasive measurement of glucose avoids blood collection with high frequency, alleviates pain caused by blood sampling, and prevents infection. It comes with hope for the diabetic. In this article, we compare the kinds of techniques, introduce the theory, the problems of polarization rotation, the solving methods and the advantages, thus providing references for the noninvasive measurement of glucose.
