摘　　要：从针刺疗法、艾灸疗法和穴位埋线、穴位敷贴等其他疗法角度对’９７国内有关针灸治疗溃疡性结肠炎的概况进行概括和总结，并介绍了该病实验研究方面的进展情况，认为针灸是治疗溃疡性结肠炎的一种有效疗法，且应从细胞因子及其基因表达、一氧化氮及一氧化氮合酶ｍＲＮＡ表达的调控等方面进一步深入研究。The author summarized the 97' domestic articles about the treatment of UC by acupuncture and moxibustion in view of acupuncture therapy,moxibustion therapy and other therapies such as catgut implantation at acupoint and acupoint application.He also reviewed the update experimental study of the disease,held that acupuncture and moxibustion was an effective therapy to UC and further studies should be carried on from the expression of cytokines, NO and NOS mRNA.
