复方卡力孜然酊联合窄谱中波紫外线、复方甘草酸苷片治疗白癜风疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察联合应用复方卡力孜然酊、窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)和复方甘草酸苷片治疗白癜风的疗效及安全性。方法将120例白癜风患者随机分为4组。A组,外用复方卡力孜然酊3次/d,NB-UVB照射每周3次,口服复方甘草酸苷片3次/d,2片/次;B组外用复方卡力孜然酊及口服复方甘草酸苷片,方法同A组,B组每次外用复方卡力孜然酊30min后,非暴露部位曝光10～30min;C组外用丁酸氢化可的松软膏,2次/d,口服复方甘草酸苷片,方法同A组;D组外用丁酸氢化可的松软膏,方法同C组。疗程3个月,结束后比较4组疗效。结果共99例患者完成治疗和随访。3个月后,A、B、C、D各组患者靶皮损有效率分别为86.77%、72.36%、46.21%和28.57%。各组有效率差异均有统计学意义。结论复方卡力孜然酊、NB-UVB及复方甘草酸苷片联合治疗白癜风疗效满意。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of kaliziran tincture combined with narrowband ultraviolet B （NB-UVB） phototherapy and oral stronger neo-minophagen C（SNMC） in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods 120 patients with vitiligo were divided into four groups randomly. The patients of group A were treated by kaliziran tincture three times per day and NB-UVB phototherapy three times per week, as well as oral SNMC three times per day with two tablets each time. Group B was treated with kaliziran tincture and oral SNMC as group A, 30 minutes later after treating by the kaliziran tincture, the lesions were exposed in the sunshine for 10-30 minutes. The patients of group C was treated by topical hydrocortisone butyrate ointment two times daily, and oral SNMC as group A. Group D was only topically treated by hydrocortisone butyrate ointment as the group C. The four groups all received three months course of treatment. Results 99 patients had finished the treatment and follow-up. After being treated for three months, the total effective rates of group A, group B, group C and group D were 86.77%, 72.36%, 46.21% and 28.57% respectively. The difference of the total effective rates among the four groups was statistically significant. Conclusion It is effective for kaliziran tincture combined NV-UVB and oral SNMC in the treatment of vitiligo.
