活血利水法对兔视网膜静脉阻塞后视网膜抗氧化能力影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨活血利水之散血明目片对视网膜静脉阻塞(retinal vein occlusion,RVO)后视网膜抗氧化能力的影响。方法:将40只家兔随机分为4组,每组10只兔10眼,采用光化学法建立RVO模型,4组分别给药,A组健康空白组,B,C,D组造模后分别以生理盐水、血塞通片混悬液、散血明目片混悬液灌胃。实验后7,21d处死家兔,取出视网膜检测视网膜中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:成功建立了RVO模型30眼,D组SOD浓度明显高于B,C两组,且差异有显著性(P<0.01);D组MDA浓度明显低于B,C两组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:活血利水之散血明目片能有效的提高视网膜抗氧化的能力,减少并发症,保护视网膜。AIM： To investigate the effects of sanxuemingmu tablets （SMT） on antioxidant capacity of retinal vein occlusion（RVO）.METHODS：Forty rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 10 in each. Ten animals in group A were taken as health controls, and the other rabbits in groups B, C and D were prepared as RVO model by photo-chemistry and fed with normal saline, positive controlling drug and SMT respectively. Then, the animals were killed at the 7th and 21st day respectively and the samples of retina were taken at the same time. The content of SOD and MDA was detected.RESULTS： The content of SOD was significantly higher in the retina of group D than of group B and C（P〈0.01）. The content of MDA was significantly lower in the retina of group D than of group B and C（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION：Sanxuemingmu tablets can effectively improve the antioxidant capacity of the retina, reduce complications and protect the retina.
