摘　　要：吊线双耳是铁路高压架线专用吊索上的一种电器制件。本文介绍了吊线双耳的成形模设计，详细介绍了其冲压工艺和加工设计程序。该结构设计上巧妙地解决了定位与取放冲件的矛盾，简单有效．易于加工和调整，安全性好，生产性能稳定，深得用户满意。Bi-liftinglug of hang line is an electrical workpiece used on special sling for high-voltage wiring of railway. This article introduces forming die design of bi-liftinglug of hang line and detailedly describes its stamping process and design program for processing. The structure design cleverly solves the conflict between taking/placement of punching part. It＇ s simple, effective, easyily processed and adjustable. It provides excellent safety and stable production performance, obtaining satisfaction of the customers.
