射频热凝联合牛痘疫苗接种家兔炎症皮肤提取物治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛

摘　　要：目的:观察射频热凝联合牛痘疫苗接种家兔炎症皮肤提取物(神经妥乐平)治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效。方法:将90例胸腰部带状疱疹后遗神经痛(post-herpetic neuralgia,PHN)患者随机分为射频热凝(radiofrequency thermocoagulation,RFT)联合神经妥乐平组(A组,30例)、射频热凝组(B组,30例)、神经妥乐平组(C组,30例),采用视觉模拟评估法(vasual analogue scale,VAS),分别对治疗前、后VAS评分进行统计分析。结果:治疗后VAS比较,A组与B、C两组比较,有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后疗效比较,A组与B、C两组比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05、P<0.01)。结论:射频热凝联合神经妥乐平有效缓解带状疱疹后遗神经痛,疗效明显优于单纯射频和单纯使用神经妥乐平。Objective：To observe the clinic effects of post-herpetic neuralgia （PHN） by radiofrequency thermocoagulation （RFT） combined with neurotropin. Methods ： 90 cases of thoracolumbar PHN were randomly divided into RFT with neurotropin group （group A, 30 cases）, RFT group（ group B ,30 cases ） and neurotropin group（group C,30 cases）. VAS value of pre-treatment and post-treatment was observed. Results ： Comparison of VAS after treatment, group A and B, C, there are statistically significance （P 〈 0. 01 ） ; Comparison of clinic effects, group A and B, C, there are statistically significance （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Radiofrequency thermocoagnlation（RFT） combined with neurotropin effectively alle- viated post-herpetic neuralgia （PHN） , efficacy was superior to pure radiofrequency thermocoagulation （RFT） or single treated with neurotropin.
