摘　　要：改革开放是我国社会主义事业的伟大转折,也是我国粮食工作的又一次重大转折。改革开放以来的粮食工作,在新的历史起点上迎接新的问题和新的挑战,经历了不断的探索,最终形成了新的格局。考察改革开放以来我国粮食工作的重大成就和丰富经验,对于探索中国粮食持续发展规律、确保国家粮食安全,具有重要理论价值和实践意义。The reform and opening up is not only a great turning point for the cause of socialism but also another major turning point for the grain work in our country. The grain work since the reform and opening up has met new problems and challenges at the new historical starting point and finally evolved into a new structure after repeated explorations. Investigations of the great achievements and rich experience in the grain work in the country since the launching of reform and opening up will be of important theoretical value and practical significance for studying the law of the steady development of grain in China and ensuring national grain security.
