摘 要:为提高弹药的设计效率,用ANSYS Workbench对发射的弹丸进行强度分析和结构分析,用LS-DYNA分析破片穿甲过程,用ANSYS的AutoDyn分析聚能射流穿甲及爆炸分散过程,用ANSYS的Cart3D分析弹丸气动力,并对弹药设计方案数值仿真.比较仿真结果与理论结果,优选出相对合理的设计方案.结果表明应用仿真软件可有效缩短弹药设计周期,能为故障分析提供指导.To improve the efficiency on ammunition design, the intensity and structure of discharged projectile is analyzed by ANSYS Workbench, the armour-piercing process of fragments is analyzed by LSDYNA, the armour-piercing process of cumulative energy jet stream and the blast dispersing process are analyzed by AutoDyn of ANSYS, projectile aerodynamic is analyzed by Cart3D of ANSYS, and the numerical simulation on the solution of ammunition design is performed. The reasonable design solution is selected by comparison of the simulation results and the theoretical results. The results show that simulation software is an effective way to shorten ammunition design cycle, and can provide reference for malfunction analysis.
