摘 要:为了抑制或均匀武钢2250热轧带钢平整机在轧制服役过程中所表现出严重的"W形"工作辊磨损,降低磨损峰值,改善工作辊出现褶皱、光带等辊面缺陷,提高带钢的板形质量。根据现场轧制工艺条件及生产实际,通过建立热轧平整机工作辊的磨损预报模型,对工作辊的窜辊方式、窜辊步长和窜辊节奏等主要影响因素进行了研究,提出了改进的工作辊窜辊策略。通过现场试验发现,工作辊磨损峰值小于40μm,较改进前减小约20%;板形调控特性得到改善,弯辊力调节量较改进前减小约30%;降低了辊耗,延长轧辊服役时间,单位磨损量减小约20%。The typical characteristic of severe W-shape work roll wear was found in roll serving period. In order to restrain and uniform roll wear distribution, decrease wear peak and improve and eliminate the surface defects of work roll, the wear prediction model of work roll was developed for the 2250 mm hot strip temper mill, and the shifting style, shifting step and shifting rhythm which were the main effective factors were studied and the improved work roll shifting strategy was developed. Through trial on the 2250 hot temper mill, it is shown that the work roll wear peak is less than 40μm and decreased by 20% ; the shape adjustment characteristic is improved and the bending force adjustment scope is decreased by 30% ; the roll consumption is reduced, the roll serving time is prolonged and the unit roll consumption is decreased by 20%.
