摘  要:具有中间辊窜辊的UC轧机,窜辊速度对轧机的操作非常重要。通过理论分析,确定了窜辊速度公式。对1450UC轧机中间辊窜动速度调节的条件及其有关参数间的关系进行了研究。实际应用表明,中间辊窜辊在预位移摩擦条件下能使其沿轴向移动,从而实现负荷下的轴向调节,并确定了轴向调节速度与轧制力及轧制速度等参数的关系。对窜辊速度分析表明,随窜辊速度的增加,轴向移动阻力也相应增加。In a middle roll shifting mill, thrust shifting velocity can cause troubles in the operation of the mill. Base on theoretical analysis, the shifting velocity formula is defined. Research work about the axial moving velocity adjustment was deal with, the relationship between the requirements for axial adjustment and its related parameters in 1450 UC mill were also studied. According to theoretical analysis and practical study, the results show that the intermediate rolls can be taken as the axial shift in the process of rolling under the condition of pre-displacement friction of reset. It is practical to make the roll move along axial direction, and determine as well as the relationship between the speed of axial adjustment and radial force and rolling speed. Using shifting velocity analysis, the experiment shown in this paper verifies that the shifting velocity can increase the thrust force which is caused by the shifting velocity increased.
