摘  要:开发了一套完整的动态轻压下系统,包括扇形段、控制系统和计算模型。通过对扇形段进行受力分析,并采用ANSYS软件模拟了扇形段和铸坯的变形状况,得出了合理的辊缝补偿量,对轻压下的关键控制参数进行了优化。试验得出固相率处于0.2~0.5,单位压下量为1.2 mm/m,为试验铸机最佳的轻压下参数。生产实践表明该系统性能稳定,大大提高了铸坯内部质量,一年多的生产统计数据表明,铸坯内部质量C级以上的达到93%。A set of dynamic soft reduction system include calculation model and segment and control system was developed.Effective compensation of roll gap could be achieved through analyzing the force of segment and simulation the transmutation of slab and segment with ANSYS.The parameters of dynamic soft reduction were optimized from a number of experiments.The best soft reduction parameters of this casting machine were as follows:the solid ratio was 0.2-0.5 and percent reduction was 1.2 mm/m. The dynamic soft reduction system had good stability and could improve the inner quality of slab. The statistic data of production show that the ratio of the inner quality grade of slab up to C was 93%.
