摘 要:稀土元素铈化学性质活泼,在合适条件下,有生成络合物的强烈倾向。采用硝酸铈作为促染剂,研究毛用活性染料对海藻酸纤维染色过程中,硝酸铈、柠檬酸、温度和pH值等因素对上染百分率的影响,其染色优化工艺为:染料2%(owl),柠檬酸6.25%(owf),硝酸铈1.0~1.5%(owl),40℃入染,升温至80℃染色45min,浴比1:50。试验表明,硝酸铈可提高毛用活性染料对海藻酸纤维的上染百分率和K/S值,对耐热水洗牢度影响不大。Rare earth elements cerium is chemically active,and it has a strong complex-forming tendency under proper condition. Taking cerium nitrate as accelerant, alginate fibers were dyed with reactive dyes for wool. Main factors affecting dye uptake were discussed, such as dosages of citric acid and cerium nitrate, pH value of dye bath and dyeing temperature. The optimum dyeing process was determined as: reactive dyes for wool 2% (owf) ,citric acid 6.25% (owf) ,cerium nitrate 1.0% - 1.5%(owf) ,liquor ratio 1 :50,and dyeing beginning at 40℃,heating to 80℃ and holding for 45 minutes. Experiments showed that cerium nitrate could increase the dye uptake and K/S value, and had little effect on color fastness to hot water.
