摘　　要：采用生物抛光酶Cellusoft Combi对棉针织物进行抛光整理,并与常规酸性抛光酶整理效果进行对比。试验结果表明,经Cellusoft Combi生物抛光和染色同浴整理后,织物纹理较常规抛光酶整理试样清晰,布面绒毛少,抗起毛起球性达4级及以上,对染色的得色率和色光几乎没有影响。Cellusoft Combi生物光洁整理可与氧漂净洗、染色一浴完成,节省时间和能源。Polishing of cotton knits was carried out with polishing enzyme Cellusoft Combi, and was compared with conventional polishing with acid polishing enzyme. Results showed that fabrics treated with one-bath process of bio-polishing and dyeing had clearer texture, less pile, and almost the same color yield and shade. Bio-polishing process with Cellusoft Comb/could be combined with rinsing after peroxide bleaching and dyeing in one bath, which could not only upgrade the quality but also save time, water and energy.
