摘 要:目的研究螺旋藻多糖的抗衰老作用。方法MDA和SOD测定分别采用TBA法和亚硝酸盐法,脂褐质的测定采用荧光分光光度法。结果螺旋藻多糖能延长果蝇的平均寿命,提高低温(-5℃)环境下的存活率并能降低果蝇脂褐质含量。小鼠灌服250mg·kg-1螺旋藻多糖能降低老龄小白鼠肝、脑脂质过氧化物,提高老龄小白鼠血浆中SOD活性。AIM To investigate the anti aging effects of polysacharide of spirulina platenisis.METHODS MDA,SOD and lipofuscin were determined with TBA,nitrite and fluorometry respecitively. RESULTS The mean life was prolonged, lipofuscin levels were decreased, and the rate of live in hypotemperature with -5℃ was increased in drosphila metanogaster by administration of polysaccharide of spirulina platenisis. The LPO in liver and brain was decreased, and the level of SOD in serum was increased in 18 month mice. CONCLUSION The anti aging effects of polysaccharide of spirulina platenisis were shown. The decrease of LPO and increase of SOD was its mechanism of anti aging.
