摘　　要：针对安徽国有企业改革与发展中存在的问题,文章提出的主要对策有:多管齐下,完善安徽国有企业的公司治理结构;积极开拓国内外市场,提升安徽国有企业的品牌竞争力;着力推动科技进步,增强安徽国有企业的自主创新能力;把握市场并购重组机遇,加速安徽国有企业做大做强。The paper gives some proposals against the problems in the reform and development of stateowned enterprises in Anhui as follows： perfecting the corporate governance structure of Anhui＇s stateowned enterprises in a multi-way; actively exploring the domestic and international market, enhancing the brand competitiveness of state-owned enterprises; vigorously promoting scientific and technological progress, enhancing the independent innovation capability of state-owned enterprises; seizing mar- ket opportunities for mergering and restructuring, speeding up the process to bigger and stronger state-owned enterprises in Anhui.
