关于推动中国特色绿色建筑设计的若干思考

摘　　要：绿色建筑理论提出已有多年,在经济社会飞速发展中的中国,绿色建筑设计应从中国的国情出发,以低耗为核心发展中国的绿色建筑。要坚持"适当技术"原则,强调整体设计思想,加强全社会的生态教育,政府应实行限制性和鼓励性政策并举的方针,大力推行绿色建筑。Although the green building theory has been already put forward for several years, based on the realistic situation of China, the green building design should develop the Chinese green building with the focus on low operation cost in China where the economy has developed rapidly. With the adherence to the principle of ＂appropriate technology＂, the stress on the concept of integrated design and the eco-education of the whole sodety, the government should implement strategies of both restrictive and incentive polices to promote the green building
