摘　　要：目的探讨髂内动脉结扎术在难治性产后出血中的合理应用及价值。方法分析2004年9月至2009年4月间发生的难治性产后出血并行骼内动脉结扎的12例患者的临床资料。结果全部病例抢救成功,结扎髂内动脉后出血迅速减少,且无反复现象。结论髂内动脉结扎术在产后出血中可以挽救产妇的生命,与子宫切除术相比,它保留了产妇的生育能力。Objective To study the role of internal lilac artery ligation （IIAL） in the management of intractable postpartum hemorrhage（PPH）. Methods To retrospectively analyze the data of 12 cases of intractabl postpartum hemorrhage treated by IIAL from Sept. 2004 to Apr. 2009 in our hospital. Results All the 12 cases were rescued successfully. After IIAL,bleeding guickly reduced without recurrence. Conclusion IIAI. is a life saving procedure in cases of massive obstetric hemorrhage. It has the advantage of preserving fertility compared with the commonly performed emergency obstetric hysterectomy.
