耳内镜在耳科门诊的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨耳内镜在耳科门诊的应用情况。方法统计、分析解放军总医院2004年10月-2009年6月门诊耳内镜4 519例次诊治记录。结果应用最多的前10位依次为慢性中耳炎(1 607例次)、未见明显异常(991例次)、正常外耳道和鼓膜(713例次)、鼓膜穿孔(678例次,其中外伤性为49例次)、外耳道胆脂瘤(96例次)、外耳道肿物(70例次)、乳突根治术后(66例次)、鼓室成形术后(57例次)、鼓膜修补术后(40例次)、渗出性中耳炎与外耳道狭窄/闭锁(各为24例次)、外伤后(19例次)。结论耳内镜在耳科门诊的应用范围广,在外伤、观察鼓膜、鼓室情况、术后随诊,资料保存等方面具有显著优势。Objective To investigate the clinical application of endotoscope in outpatients of otology department. Methods Data about 4 519 outpatients, who underwent endotoscopy at Otology Department of Chinese PLA General Hospital from October 2004 to June 2009, were analyzed. Results The top 10 diagnosis with endotoscope were chronic otitis media in 1 607 cases, suspending diagnosis in 991 cases, normal external auditory canal and tympanic membrane in 713 cases, perforation of tympanic membrane in 678 cases including 49 trauma cases, external auditory canal cholesteatoma in 96 cases, external auditory canal tumor in 70 cases, post-operation of radical mastoidectomy in 66 cases, postoperation of tympanoplasty in 57 cases, post-operation of myringoplasty in 40 cases, otitis media with effusion and stenosis or atresia of external auditory canal in 24 cases respective and trauma in 19 cases. Conelusion Endotoscope can be widely applied in outpatients of otology department and has advantages in observing the external auditory canal, tympanic membrane and cavity, ear trauma and post-operation follow-up.
