参附注射液无菌检查方法的研究

摘　　要：目的建立参附注射液无菌检查方法并对其进行验证。方法采用中国药典2005年版二部附录所载的"无菌检查法"进行试验。结果样品管无菌生长,6株阳性菌生长良好。结论无菌检查方法可行,所得结果可靠。Objective To establish and verify the sterility test method for Ginseng and Prepared Aconite Injection.Methods The sterility test method for Ginseng and Prepared Aconite Injection was verified following the sterility test methods in appendix of Pharmacopeia of People s Republic of China,part 2,2005 edition.Results No bacteria were found in the test tubes while 6 strains of the bacteria grew well in the positive tubes.Conclusion The sterility test method for Ginseng and Prepared Aconite Injection is feasible and its results are reliable.
