摘　　要：行政保护是高新技术企业知识产权的保护途径之一,其在我国的知识产权保护制度中具有独特优势。高新技术企业知识产权的行政保护具有相应的理论基础。我国法律法规对高新技术企业知识产权的行政保护作出了规定,但在高新技术企业知识产权的行政保护方面还存在许多问题,有待进一步完善。The administrative protection is one of the approaches for the high-tech enterprises to protect their intellectual property rights, which has special effect within the protection system of intellectual property. The administrative protection for intellectual property rights in high-tech enterprises has a theoretical basis. The laws and regulations have stipulated the administrative protection for the intellectual property rights in high-tech enterprises in China. However, there are still some problems and the further improvement in need.
