摘  要:在攀钢超高碱度烧结的条件下,为了强化高铁低硅烧结,运用单因素和正交试验等手段,研究了高铁低硅对钒钛磁铁精矿烧结的影响。从单因素研究表明,随着烧结矿品位的提高,烧结利用系数降低,烧结矿强度指标下降;正交试验结果表明,超高碱度下高铁低硅烧结适宜采取"小水、中碳、厚料层、慢机速"的操作方针。Under the ultra-high alkalinity of the Panzhihua Iron and Steel sintering conditions, in order to strengthen the high- iron with low-silicon sintering, the on the effert of V-Ti magnetite concentrate sintering was studied by the use of single-factor orthogonal, and other means. Research shows that from a single factor, with the sinter quality improvement, sintering utilization factor became lower, the sinter strength index dropped; orthogonal test results show that adoptingthe principle of operation of "small water, middle-carbon, thick layer of slow-speed aircraft"is suitable under the ultra-high alkalinity of high-iron with low-silicon sintering.
