甘肃省科技中介机构发展现状及对策研究

摘　　要：科技中介服务业的发展是提升区域科技创新能力的关键之一,促进科技中介机构的发展对于培育和完善科技中介服务体系具有重要意义。通过分析甘肃省科技中介机构发展现状,研究了甘肃省科技中介机构在体系构建、发展机制、管理体制以及运行机制等方面的问题,同时,法律法规、政策支持等外在因素也尚需完善。最后,针对甘肃省科技中介机构发展实际,分别从运行机制、管理体制、服务功能、网络化体系、人才队伍、法律和政策环境的建设等方面提出对策建议。Science and technology intermediate service industry is one of the most important factors for the improvement of regional science ＆ technology innovation capability. The development of sci-tech intermediary institution can cultivate and improve the scientific and technological intermediary service system. In this article, the author analyzed the current development of Sci-tech Intermediary Institution of Gansu Province to point out the main problems from the aspects of system construction, development mechanism, management system and operating mechanism. Meanwhile, the external factors, such as laws and regulations as well as policy support shall be improved. Finally, according to the actual development situation of Sci-tech Intermediary Institution in Gansu Province, it proposed some countermeasures and suggestions from aspects of operating mechanism, management system, service function, networking system, talent team, law and policy.
