摘　　要：在分析仅有第三方物流参与融通仓不足的基础上,提出第四方物流参与融通仓业务并详细分析其参与的可行性,最后给出委托、统一授信及联盟三种基于第四方物流参与的融通仓运作模式,进一步完善和发展融通仓理论。The paper analyzes the shortcomings of FTW including only 3PL participating in, and then puts forward to the opinion of allowing 4PL to participate in the operation of FTW. It also analyzes the possibility of 4PL taking part in the operation of FTW. At last, the paper gives three modes of operational modes of FTW based on 4PL, including Principal-Agent Mode, United Credit Mode and Alliance Mode, and then the theory of FTW can be perfected and developed further.
