昏迷患者醒脑开窍针法促醒治疗的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察醒脑开窍针法对昏迷患者的促醒治疗作用。方法对32例昏迷患者采用Glasgow昏迷评分,随后给予醒脑开窍针法针刺介入治疗,6月后评价治疗效果。结果经过醒脑开窍针刺治疗后Glasgow昏迷评分有所增加,治疗前后Glasgow评分比较,P﹤0.05,差异具有统计学意义,苏醒率为78.13%,总有效率为84.38%。结论醒脑开窍针法对于昏迷患者具有一定的促醒作用。Objective To observe the wake-promoting effcet of acuputure method of consciousness-restoring resuscitation （xing- naokaiqiao） on coma patients. Method By Glasgow coma score method on 32 patients, taking the acupuncture method of conscious- ness-restoring resuscitation （xingnaokaiqiao）, to evaluate the therapeutic effect 6 monthes later. Results After taking the acupuncture method of consciousness-restoring resuscitation （xingnaokaiqiao）, Glasgow score had improved, P 〈 0.05, the comparison had statistically significant difference before and after the treatment. The rate of regain consciousness was 78.13%, with the total effective rate of 84.38%. Conclusion The acupuncture method of consciousness-restoring resuscitation （xingnaokaiqiao） has some effect on coma patients.
