PICC采集血标本在肿瘤化疗患者的可行性研究

摘　　要：目的减少肿瘤患者在治疗过程中反复穿刺采集血标本的痛苦,确保经PICC中取得血标本结果的正确性。方法将PICC置管后肿瘤化疗患者且需要采血的患者20例,采用PICC采血(观察组)和普通静脉穿刺采血(对照组)两种方法同时采集血标本,进行实验室血常规、血生化和肿瘤标志物检查,两组标本结果进行t检验,同时对观察组PICC使用情况进行观察。结果两组血常规、血生化、肿瘤标志物检查结果比较差异无显著性意义(均P>0.05)。无一例导管堵塞、感染等并发症发生。结论应用PICC采集血标本检验结果准确,且不增加PICC并发症。Objective To evaluate the feasibility and superiority of the peripherally inserted central catheters （PICC） for cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy who need to collect blood specimens repeatedly. Method As 20 cancer patients undergoing long-term chemotherapy were treated via peripherally inserted central catheter（PICC）, blood specimens were simultaneously collected both by PICC and ordinary veinpuncture for full blood count （FBC）, biochemistry and tumor markers to compare the difference between the two methods. Results There was no difference among the results of those blood examine with the two methods of blood specimens collection （P〉0.05）, and none of the complications happened in those patients, such as catheter obstruction, infection, etc. Conclusion The technique of PICC in patients undergoing chemotherapy is effective and safe.
