摘　　要：2型糖尿病国内呈逐年上升的趋势,其发病机制复杂。目前较成熟、可靠的治疗仍为口服降糖药物。然而,降糖药物并不能够阻止其并发症的发生。外科手术的胃转流术能够治愈部分2型糖尿病,其机制尚处于探索阶段。Type 2 diabetes mellitus, with complexity of pathogenesis, shows an upward trend year by year in China. At present, more mature and reliable treatment is still oral hypoglycemic drugs. However, hypoglycemic drugs are not able to prevent complications. Gastric by-pass surgery can cure some patients with type 2 diabetes, which mechanism is still in the exploratory stage.
