摘 要:目的内源性硫化氢(H_2S)干预对糖尿病肾病大鼠肾小球病变的影响。方法把SD大鼠随机分成4组。建立糖尿病大鼠模型后,其中2组分别给以硫氢化钠和DL-propargylglycine治疗8周。免疫组化法检测肾组织中α平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)及纤维粘连蛋白(FN)分布及含量的变化。结果与H_2s组相比,糖尿病大鼠肾脏中α-SMA和FN的分布范围广泛,含量明显增加(P<0.01)。结论外源性H_2S干预能够减缓糖尿病大鼠肾小球病变的进展。Objective To explore the effect of endogenious H2 S on the kidney of diabetic nephropathic rats, and to study the role of H2S in the development of diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods Twenty-eight male rats(Sprague-Dawley) were randomly divided into four groups(each,n= 7). Diabetes model was induced in the rots. The a-smooth muscle actin and fibronectin (FN) in four groups were detected by immunohistochemlstry. Results Compared with H2S group,distribution of α-SMA and FN were more extensive in kidney tissues of DN group, and the relative amount was significantly increased. (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions Exogenious H2 S intervention could delay the progression of diabetic nephropathy.
