摘　　要：介绍了蓝宝石接触式Nd：YAG激光手术刀的特点和设计方法，理论计算的结果与实测结果能很好地符合。动物实验研究表明接触式激光手术刀与非接触式激光照射相比具有明显的优点，展示了蓝宝石接触式Nd：YAG激光手术刀在临床应用上的广阔前景。A method of designing the contact laser scalper is presented. The calculations using this method is in good agreement with the measured results in laboratory. Some operations on rabbits using the newly developed contact Nd: YAG laser scalper are performed and shown that the contact Nd: YAG laser is a promising medical equipment.
