摘 要:本文针对当前既有建筑节能改造过程中对建筑能耗数据认识不足、节能改造方案一般按照新建建筑节能设计标准设计,缺乏针对性、以及改造经济性和回收期评价不合理等问题,提出了基于"实际状态"的节能改造思路及"实际状态"获取的方法,为节能改造方案的制定和评价奠定了基础。At present, for the existed buildings, the following problems have influences on building retrofit, such as lack of knowledge on the existed buildings energy consumption data during the process of energy-saving retrofit, energy-saving programs are generally in accordance with the new energy-saving design standards, and it is lack of pertinence, retrofit economy and unreasonable assessment on payback period. In this paper, aiming at above problems, energy-saving ideas based on the "actual conditions" were proposed and the "actual condition" access method were presented ,which provided the foundation for making and evaluating the energy-saving reconstruction program.
