摘　　要：在信息社会,公共图书馆既要拓展其生存空间,又要高举维护公民信息自由和公平的大旗,在政府信息公开法律化的大环境下,对政府信息资源进行公益性开发是公共图书馆最佳选择。从公共图书馆参与政府信息资源公益性开发的可行性出发,结合公共图书馆的天然使命及开发信息资源的优势,提出基于公共图书馆个体实践的举措。In information society, pubic library not only have to expand its living space, but also have to maintain information free and fair. In the environment of government information disclosure, the exploitation and accretion of government information resource through public welfare way is the best choice for the public library. Combined with public library＇ s natural mission and advantage, this paper analyzes the feasibility and provides some ways based on the definite practice.
