摘　　要：学生参与高校图书馆管理是高等教育大众化、"市场化"对图书馆管理提出的要求。大学生有能力参与高校图书馆管理。要提高学生参与图书馆管理水平,改变陈旧的思想观念,完善读者组织的形态和运作规则,不同的业务类型采用不同的的参与规则。Students＇ participation in university library is the requirement of the popularization and martetization of higher education. Students are able to paprcipate in university library management. The level of students＇ participation in university library is due to raised, the out - of - date ideas should be changed, the forms and operation rules of students organizations are to he improved, and different partiapation rules are needed for different types of service.
