摘 要:以钛酸四丁酯为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法(Sol-Gel)制备纳米级锐钛矿二氧化钛粉末;利用激光粒度仪、AFM、XRD等方法分别对自制纳米TiO2、市售纳米TiO2和工业钛白粉等3种粉体进行表征。以典型的偶氮染料甲基红为目标污染物,测试以上3种粉体对甲基红无水乙醇溶液的降解情况。结果表明,自制产物为锐钛矿型TiO2纳米粉末,其平均粒径约为20nm;当甲基红的质量浓度为20mg/L,3种不同催化剂粉体粉末投加量为0.7g/L时,它们均具有光催化脱色性能。其中加入自制纳米TiO2粉末的甲基红溶液经紫外光照30min后,甲基红脱色率达到98%。The nano-sized powder of anatase titanium oxide was prepared by the sol-gel method from tetrabutyl titanate. It was characterized together with commercial nano-TiO2 and industrial TiO2 powder by particle size analyzer (PSA), AFM and XRD. The photoeatalytic oxidation properties of the three TiO2 based materials were examined by the degradation of methly red solution in alehol. The results show that the synthesized titanium oxide are anatase TiO2 particles with diameter of 20 nm. When the concentration of methyl red is 20 mg/L while the charge levle of the three TiO2 powders is 0.7 g/L, all of the three TiO2 powders can decolor the methyl red. After half hour of illumination, the decolouration rate of the methyl red added as-prepared nano-TiO2 is up to 98%.
