摘 要:研究了硅灰石替代部分木浆造纸时,硅灰石的加填量及纸浆打浆度等工艺条件对成纸强度性能以及硅灰石留着情况的影响。结果表明,木浆中适量加入硅灰石,成纸物理强度随加填量的增加而下降,但硅灰石加填量为35%时成纸强度性能仍满足一般包装类用纸的要求;提高纸浆打浆度有助于提高纸页强度及硅灰石的留着率,纸浆打浆度为48~52°SR时硅灰石替代的木浆成纸强度最大,纸浆打浆度为52°SR时硅灰石留着情况最佳;加填量低于40%时,硅灰石留着率在75%以上。The effects of charge level of wollastonite and beating degree of pulp on paper strength and wollastonite retention were investigated when part of wood pulp was substituted for wollastonite. The results show that paper strength decreases with the enhancement of wollastonite charge level. However, when wollastonite substitutes for 35% of wood pulp, paper strength still meets the requirement of ordinary wrapping paper. The paper strength and wollastonite retention are increased by increasing the beating degree of pulp. The strength of paper which is made by wood pulp and wollastonite is larger when the beating degree of pulp is 48--52° SR while the retention of wollastonite is higher when the beating degree of pulp is 52 °SR. The retention of wollastonite is higher than 75% if its charge level is less than 40%.
