摘 要:通过测定秋枫叶片被灰同缘小叶蝉为害后生理生化指标的变化,探讨两者之间的相互关系。结果显示,灰同缘小叶蝉取食秋枫叶片后,叶片的过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性显著提高,分别是健康叶的1.43、1.12倍,而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性则明显下降,仅是健康叶的0.88倍。试验结果还显示,灰同缘小叶蝉取食后秋枫叶片内的营养物质含量也发生明显变化,可溶性糖、游离氨基酸、蛋白质含量均明显升高,分别是健康叶的1.55、1.22、1.31倍。表明秋枫受害后,能够主动产生一系列生理生化反应来抵御攻击和维护自身更好生长。By testing physiological and biochemical indexes of Bischofia javanica leaves feeded by Coloana cinerea, the relationship between them was discussed, which indicated that the Catalase(CAT)and Peroxidase (POD)enzyme activity of Bischofia javanica leaves fed were 1.43 and 1.12 times higher than healthy leaves respectively, and T-test showed that their difference reached significant (P〈0.05) and extremely significant level (P〈0.01) respectively. While Superoxide Dismutase(SOD) activity of the fed leaves decreased significantly, and it was only 0.88 times comparing with the healthy. And the nutrition content in the leaves after feeding changed significantly, and the soluble sugar, free amino acids and protein reached to 1.55, 1.22 and 1.31 times comparing with the healthy.
