摘　　要：随着GSM移动通信网络用户数量的迅速增长,GSM900频段的有限资源已明显不够用,廊坊移动引入GSM1800网络缓解网络容量需求的问题。新建1800站以后,能够有效的吸收话务,但如果不进行参数设置优化,也给网络带来一些新的问题,如双频网话务之间的均衡,切换,拥塞等问题,所以双频网话务均衡优化作用非常重要。With the increasingly number of the GSM mobile communication network users, The GSM900 band resources are clearly not enough. Langfang mobile network introduces the GSM1800 to ease network capacity demands. New 1800 stations can effectively absorb the tr＇~c. But if we do not set the optimization parameters, some new problems in the network can also rise, such as dual-band network traffic balance, and the problems about switch and congestion and so on. So optimization for dual-band network traffic Equilibrium is very important.
