体复康对运动性疲劳大鼠脑组织L-ENK、DYNA_(1-13)动态变化的影响

摘  要:采用ABC免疫组织化学法结合图象分析 ,观察中药复方“体复康”对运动性疲劳大鼠不同脑区L ENK、DYNA1 - 1 3的动态变化。结果 :高强度长期 (共 7周 )运动的大鼠 ,安静状态下尾壳核L ENK下降 ;而在此基础上末次急性运动的大鼠 ,L ENK被迅速激活而升高。中药复方“体复康”具有调节L ENK的作用 ,表现在对急性运动中的下调 ,在对慢性运动应激中的上调。运动能激活下丘脑DYNA1 - 1 3,以运动结束后 3 0min最为明显 ;该方药在此强度下对疲劳大鼠恢复过程中的下丘脑DYNA1 - 1 3有一定的下调作用 ,但作用不甚明显。The methods of ABC immunohistochemistry and image pattern analysis were used to observe the effects of the TCM preparation Tifukang on dynamic changes of L ENK and DYN A 1-13 in different cerebral areas in the rat with exercise induced fatigue. The results showed that the content of L ENK in caudate putamen decreased when at rest in the rat undergone 7 week's exercise with high intensity, but increased immediately at the end of the exercise; and Tifukang had a regulating effect on the content of L ENK, making it decreased when in an acute stress state and increased when in a chronic stress state caused by exercise in rats. The results also showed that the content of DYN A 1-13 in hypothalama could be activated by exercise, and the activation was more obvious 30 minutes after the stopping of the exercise; and Tifukang could decrease the content of DYN A 1-13 in hypothalama but with no significant effect.
