霍乱毒素对不同细胞株增殖效应的影响

摘　　要：以霍乱毒素(CTX)为探针,以不同细胞株体外增殖和细胞内cAMP水平为观察指标,探讨霍乱毒素对不同细胞株体外增殖的影响。结果表明,CTX对淋巴细胞的增殖抑制作用随细胞不同而异,CTX(1mg/L)可显著升高Daudi、K562细胞内cAMP水平(均为P<0.05),并对上述细胞的增殖具有显著抑制作用(均为P<0.05);对CTLL细胞cAMP水平影响,但可显著抑制CTLL细胞的增殖(P<0.01);而对HL-60细胞的增殖和细胞内cAMP水平均无明显影响。The influences of cholera toxin (CTX) on the proliferation of different lymphoma cell lines were investigated. The results indicated that the inhibitory influence of CTX on the proliferation of different cell lines was varied with the cells. CTX can significantly increase the intracellular cAMP levels (All P< 0. 05) in Daudi and K562 cells and obviously inhibit their proliferation (all P<0. 05). CTX had no influence on the intracellular cAMP levels in CTLL cells,but can inhibit the proliferation of CTLL cells. CTX had no influence on both cell proliferation and influence cAMP level in HL-60 cells.
