氟喹诺酮类眼药水对角膜上皮细胞的毒性研究

摘　　要：采用体外药物毒性试验方法,观察氟哌酸、氟啶酸、氟嗪酸、环丙氟哌酸4种眼药水对人角膜上皮细胞的毒性。结果:测得3.0g/L氟哌酸和3.0g/L丙氟哌酸眼药水的pH4.6,是造成对角膜上皮细胞毒性较大的原因。3.0g/L氟嗪酸眼药水的晚期毒性试验发现角膜上皮细胞收缩变圆,故长期使用对角膜上皮细胞生长有不良影响。The toxicity of Norfloxacia eye drops,Enoxacia eye drops ,Ofloxacia eye drops and Ciprofloxa-cia eye drops to human corneal epithelium in vitro was investigated. The results showed the pH values of both 3. 0 g/L Norfloxacia eye drops and 3. 0 g/L Ciproloxacia eye drops were 4. 6,which was the reason to cause the toxicity to corneal epithelium. The test of advanced toxicity of 3. 0 g/L Ofloxacia eye drops showed corneal epithelium contracted and turned round,so long-term use may have harmful effects on the growth of corneal epithelium.
