摘  要:因产品功能要求的厚壁零件,通常利用气辅成型的方法注射成型。但气针的规格和位置、气压参数与传统注射参数交互作用,常常导致该类零件亮斑、气指痕、熔接线等注射缺陷。将DOE试验设计引入气辅注塑成型参数配置和优化中,通过遴选试验因子及其水平数量拟合选定模型,进行残差分析,优化成型参数,并用试验验证该方法可有效地消除注射缺陷。Thick-wall plastic parts based on the product' s performance were widely molded by gas-assisted molding. However, the interaction among the shape and location of gas pin, gas pressure parameters, and traditional molding parameters often caused injection molding defects such as shine mark, gas finger mark, knit line and so on. Gas-assisted molding parameters were opbimjzed by DOE experiments,through sorting the number of factors and their levels,the designed fit models were built and residuals were analyzed. The optimization was verified by experiments.
