摘 要:目的明确开放性骨折创面组织内细菌数量与感染的关系。方法随机对160个开放性骨折创面组织行4~5次不同时间细菌种类及细菌数量的检测,χ2检验确定创面组织内细菌数量与创面感染的关系。结果仅在GustiolⅢA型开放性骨折中显示伤口闭合前创面组织内细菌数量大于104CFU/g,具有显著增高的感染率,创面细菌种类以革兰阴性菌为主。结论在开放性骨折创面感染中,细菌数量因素具有重要作用。Aim To determine the relationship between the bacteria number in open fracture wound and wound infection. Methods Among the randomly selected 160 open fractures, bacteria numbers in the wounds were determined qualitatively and quantitatively by using bacteria culture for 4 5 times at different time points when the patients were treated in the hospital. Chisquare test was used to determine the relationship between bacteria number in open fracture wound and wound infection. Results In the Gustilo type, only type Ⅲ A of open fracture wounds with the quantitative bacterial over 10 4 CFU/g has a significant higher infection rate, and the major common flora in the wounds were Gream negative organisms. Conclusion The factor of bacteria number plays a very important role in the course of open fracture wound infection, but it varies with the severety of open fracture injury.
