超细电子胃镜150例临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨超细胃镜在上消化道疾病中的诊断价值。方法对150例上消化道疾病患者用超细胃镜进行检查,术前准备同普通胃镜。结果150例均完成上消化道检查,无任何并发症。结论经超细胃镜检查痛苦小,患者易于接受,对上消化道疾病的诊断及治疗有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To discuss on the efficency and safety discussion on clinical application value of the ultrathin electronic gastroscopy in upper digestive tract diseases.Methods Ultrathin electronic gastroscopy was applied examinations to 150 cases with upper digestive tract diseases ,the pre-examination preparation was the same with that of ordinary gastroscopey examination.Results Complete examination was made to all the 150 cases and without any complications.Conclusion The ultrathin electronic gastroscopy examination is easy for patients to stand,and it is of great value to apply in diagnosing upper digestive tract diseases.
